Strategy+ is advising payment software global leader ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW) on the sale of its corporate online banking solutions to middle market private equity firm, One Equity Partners. The definitive agreement was announced June 7, 2022. One Equity Partners will acquire ACI’s corporate online banking solutions for $100 million in cash.
