Strategy+ is advising global services firm Aon plc (NYSE: AON) on the sale of its Retiree Health Exchange™ Business to Alight (NYSE: ALIT). The definitive agreement was announced June 3, 2021. Aon has agreed to sell its U.S. retirement business to Aquiline and its Aon Retiree Health Exchange™ business to Alight for total gross consideration of $1.4 billion.
