Strategy+ is advising global information and insights company TransUnion (NYSE:TRU) on the acquisition of Verisk Financial Services, the financial services business unit of Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK). The definitive agreement was announced February 22, 2022. TransUnion has agreed to acquire Verisk Financial for $515 million, which will be funded with cash on hand.
